In ancient Greece, the philosopher Diogenese searched throughout Athens with a lantern in broad daylight in the attempt to find a truly honest man. He was mocked and ridiculed for it. Even with satellite tracking, GPS devices and electronic surveillance, I don't think he would be any more successful today.
